TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our ambition is to give our customers efficient support and consulting, also when it comes to development and integration processes, in addition to deep benefits provided by the Pageflex™ applications. Please do not hesitate to contact our staff whenever you feel it is necessary.

All of our support matters and adequate additional technical conversation will always automatically be logged into our Support System. Our supported customers then immediately receive a “Request Ticket” by e-mail. When the support matter is solved our customers get a report on all issues discussed and by confirming this report our support staff.
